Internship - 1 "Portal for Doctor" using Laravel

  Portal for Doctor 

             Laravel is primarily used for building custom web apps using PHP . It's a web framework that handles many things that are annoying to build yourself, such as routing, templating HTML, and authentication.

              Laravel is an amazing PHP framework for building web applications with a huge community around the world, thousands of packages contributed by community members and lots of online resources for learning. Though it is not really hard to get started building applications with Laravel, With the help of Laravel, We have created a website named 'Medicare-Connect2Clinic'.

Home Page :

           As you can see, this is the Home page or Landing Page of the website. From here you can login, register yourself, can book appointment and other information  like Contact us and opening hours and closing hours of the Clinic and types of services this clinic Provides you. By clicking on Appointment, we can register ourselves and book our appointment.

Registration Page :

         Here we can register ourselves as a patient and have to give details like our Full name, Address and date of birth, etc.

Medical Page :

        Here the patient needs to give their personal information like which kind of diseases the patient have, the family diseases and all.

Appointment Page :

        Finally the patient have to book an appointment on a particular time, date, to which doctor the patient have to go and the specialist. And Finally the patient have booked himself/herself for the appointment. So whenever a doctor will check the patient, the doctor will get to know about his information, the diseases he/she have so it will be very helpful.

Dashboard :

        Normally the doctor needs to call the Clinic or have to reach the clinic to see the number patients appointment. But no worries with this web application. We have made work easier for doctors too. The particular doctor can see the number of appointments, Doctor can even confirm or cancel the appointment of the patient. Doctor can check the weather climate too. There is one functionality which is confirmation mail. When doctor confirm any appointment than  patient get one mail which is confirmation mail.

        Here the doctor can check the diseases report like which diseases is more and which is less on the particular date. Doctor can also see or read the details of different diseases which will be very helpful for the doctor to check the patient and also view the report and take decision.

Appointments with Calendar :

        Here the doctor can check the number of patients he/she have on the particular date. This will be much helpful for the doctor to check the number of patients he/she will have to check on that particular date. As the doctor will not need and pen or paper, he/she can directly see it digitally.

        Here the doctor can confirm the appointment of the patients. As soon as the doctor confirms the appointment, the patient will get notified on the registered email that he or she has been booked for the appointment on the date and time the patient selected.

        So this is the web application every doctor will wish to have as the work load and going digitally and moving forward towards the technology will be very beneficial. And as this Pandemic is there, it will be more reliable to move digitally then to use books and all for record.
